Scrolling on the OnePlus 10 Pro is bad, and OnePlus must feel bad

Anonymous, 19 hours agoAt least it can reach 1 Hz, unlike Xiaomi which advertises LTPO2. lol, what would you do with 1 Hz???

One Plus still has the budget mindset as a company, but it has forgotten what it is in the premium segment. Since the OnePlus guy left Carl Pei, this company has gone shit 🙂

The 7t was a much better deal than the nord, due to the same price but better hardware. The Nord only had 5g over 4g on 7t, but the rest of the hardware was a big cut.

OnePlus is a company that, while updating the processor, constantly increases prices at each iteration and lowers the level of something on the device.

OnePlus One: The great flagship, but it lacks a user-removable battery and microSD compared to competitors LG G3, Samsung S5 and Samsung Note 3
– OnePlus 2: Overheating, Software Issues, Quick Stop
– OnePlus 3: lacks IP68 protection
OnePlus 3t: Nothing discounted besides the price
– OnePlus 5: “OnePlus Design” loses copies of iPhone 7
– OnePlus 5T: Screen Shape (18:9)
– OnePlus 6: Screen (19:9), ugly notch, glass back
– OnePlus 6t: screen shape (19.5:9), ugly hole, no 3.5mm jack
– OnePlus 7pro: screen shape (19.6:9), heavy, curved glass
OnePlus 7t Pro: Nothing lowered the price of the family
– OnePlus 8 Pro: screen shape (19.8:9), heat fears, back hole
– OnePlus 9 Pro: Screen shape (20:9) is quiet and warm device
– OnePlus 10 Pro: ColorOS scrolling issues, overheating issues

I feel that the OnePlus 8 Pro was the best time their devices could compete with the flagships. They can finally match competitors in the camera and waterproofing department. And this was the last time they got the proper OxygenOS. It’s not helped that it lacks: microSD, IrDa Blaster, 3.5mm headphone jack, significant price increase, and very fragile build quality (glass on both sides).

When they were more focused on “best value” they were a huge choice. I would classify them as: OnePlus One, OnePlus 3t, OnePlus 3, OnePlus 5, OnePlus 5t, OnePlus 7t.

I feel that the worst devices in their lineup were: OnePlus 2, OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus 9 Pro, OnePlus 6t, OnePlus 6, OnePlus 7t Pro and OnePlus 7pro. I won’t include the likes of the Nord series and the Non-Pro series (10t, 9t, 8t…) here.

OnePlus is over, I haven’t seen anyone buy this brand in the past two years. Nord was the last phone to be hit, and all the insulting OnePlus brand rested. Finally 10pro installed it in the coffin

SizN80, 8 hours agoThis sounds like pretty typical of Android jiggles, lags and stutters. 😂Hahahaha no. I have a Galaxy S20+ on the second hand. Although it is two years old, the phone is smooth and performs really well. Even the battery isn’t that bad, if I don’t play with it, which I don’t, because I don’t like mobile games.
I bought this phone as a secondary phone. It’s so good that it has become my main phone. I will only change it with an S21 Ultra or S22 Ultra.
Bottom line, this isn’t 2013 anymore. When Android phones were slow. laughing loudly.

The screen doesn’t seem fast enough to bring the refresh rate back to full 120Hz at the moment the user enters/views it. That’s really sad for a premium flagship phone in 2022.

On an unrelated topic, I’d like to see Samsung’s QD-OLED display technology make its way to smartphones, so we can achieve higher brightness and longer lifespan OLED screens in the future.

However, agree that they are not the same and their newer phones are weak at low voltage.

Pixel is as smooth as iPhone.

Olympus Ohm, 12 hours agono. Not in Europe. China is the only market where OnePlus phones are officially shipped with ColorOS. Everywhere else they have about the same version of OxygenOS except for slight differences in localization. And OxygenOS 12 is just ColorOS with a different skin so you basically get ColorOS no matter where you live.

MasterMkk, 13 hours agoBenchmarking means nothing without optimization, and that’s where the iPhone, OnePlus 1 excels…moreOneplus devices are known to suffocate, without the revolutionary boot mechanism that works normally, I am currently using the OP’s n10 (disabled) and it works fine, but it also heats up well….
iphones also have a huge performance advantage, because they have super soc compared to those made by Qualcomm or other manufacturers, the OS is also different (there is no jvm just to indicate something)

s31272

It’s like a “jelly scroll” revisited. Remember when the OP installed the monitor in OP5 upside down? When people complained about it, the OP claimed it was normal, because he knew it couldn’t be fixed.

The pinnacle of OnePlus was the OnePlus 8 design. I wish they could make a phone like this with faster charging in a beautiful aquamarine green. with SD 870
